GT4853
The GT4853 is a CMOS analog IC configured as three single-pole/double-throw(SPDT) multiplexers. This CMOS device can operate from 2.5 V to 5.5 V.
The GT4853 features low voltage, low on-resistance and low off-leakage current. The high performances make it very suitable for multiple applications, such as cellular phones, audio and video signal routing, etc.
The GT4853 is available in Green SOP16, TSSOP16, QFN-3*3-16L packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
